About Me

Hey peeps! Welcome to my little corner of Blogland.

I just graduated with my Bachelor of Arts in Speech Language Hearing Science from Temple University. I'm sitll waiting for my diploma in the mail, but technically I've graduated. Hopefully, with a shit-ton of hard work and some Felix Felicis luck, I'll be attending grad school for a doctorate in audiology next Fall. In the meantime, you can find me working at an Audiology and Hearing Aid center up to my elbows in ear wax.

I love tea, like really love it. Hot, iced, black, fruity, herbal-- it's all good to me. My problem is that I love it so much that I always drink it too fast. By the time I go in for the next sip I realize I'm done and stuck with an empty teacup. Thus, the blog name. Creative, I know. Give me a pot of Earl Grey Creme and I'll probably love you forever.

Why yes, I did have a tea party for my 21st birthday.

Okay, so more stuff about me:

• I'm a huge Harry Potter nerd and was sorted by the actual Sorting Hat when I went to the HP museum in Hollywood. (Hufflepuff!)
• I could eat mashed potatoes every meal for the rest of my life and be okay with it.
• I cry during every episode of Long Island Medium.
• I'm scary good at untangling necklaces.
• I will pretty much drink anything, but hard ciders are my fave.
• Somehow, my toes poke holes in every sock I put on.
• I'm a social media addict. 

I've been dating my boyfriend Kris, since 11th grade. Sometimes I still feel bad for thinking he was a total creeper. C'mon though, how could he expect me to accept a Myspace friend request from a dude who sat in front of me and never even turned around to say hi. Anyhoo, once we started talking, we never stopped. We've been through the long-distance thing, a breakup thing and a makeup thing, and I wouldn't change any of it. The rest is history(or the future, depending on how you look at it).
